Innovation Awaits
Transforming mindsets, strategies, and organizations
through Human Centered Design
“BOOSH helped us to broaden our perspective and widen our focus, but without ever taking our attention away from our longer term goals and aspirations, and they always remained sensitive and responsive to a diversity of views. Our journey together was fruitful and productive, and provides the basis for a refreshed approach to our next phase.”

What is Human Centered Design?
BOOSH has its own twist.
-
Immerse
As believers in the ethos of human-centered design, we can’t do any other work unless we immerse ourselves in the user’s perspective. After understanding what the organization is trying to achieve, we coordinate and conduct one-on-one interviews, observe people in real-time, collect data through surveys, and incorporate other research methods to empathize with the people you consider to be your users. The insights that emerge from the immersion phase will guide everything that comes next.
-
Ideate
In the Ideate phase, we analyze what we learned from our empathy work, and use that insight to begin to totally redefine our opportunities. We do this by developing “How Might We” questions, which force us to think from the user’s perspective. We then facilitate a process of brainstorming, ultimately surfacing ideas and solutions you may have never thought of before.
-
Iterate
Once we’ve generated new ideas and narrowed them down to the most promising, it’s time to bring one of the concepts to life in a small, testable way. We call this prototyping, and it’s where we help you create a basic version of the new idea that is laser-focused, not on perfection, but on maximizing learning. From there, we collect feedback from users about how to refine the concept before we turn the reins over to your organization to roll the idea out on a larger scale.
