Coaching
Coaching is for those in need of a thoughtful expert to guide them in reflecting on decisions, working through transitions, articulating action plans and grappling with recurring questions and challenges. BOOSH partners with leaders to discuss their goals, keep them accountable, and provide human-centered tools and resources that support growth and effectiveness. Coaching can also include refinement and iteration for recently recommended strategies obtained via consulting.
